I can’t explain why, but I’ve always suspected that Space Marines, under all the power armor heavy plating, would be alright to hang out with. There’s a kind of genetically-modified, ritually-weaponized “dudes rock” energy there that I can appreciate. And based on the Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 gameplay overview trailer released yesterday, it looks like I’ll be able to test my theory firsthand. If you’re looking for new ways to scratch your Baldur’s Gate 3 itch, and can get to London somehow next May, then the recently announced Symphony of the Realms concert is worth knowing about. The game’s soundtrack, composed by Borislav Slavov will, for the first time be performed live in concert at the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall, London, on May 4, 2024.
“Let yourself be charmed by the captivating music” and “you ABSOLUTE-ly need to be there,” reads the Game Music Festival’s punny announcement.
The soundtrack will be performed by the Philharmoina Orchestra and Hertfordshire Chorus, with Robert Kurdybacha as conductor. The show is a part of the 2024 Game Music Festival which also includes a Last of Us concert.

Let’s not mince words: Titanfall 2 has one of the best singleplayer shooter campaigns of all time. And now you can pick it up for just $3—that’s right, a lowly three bucks—on Steam.
There’s really not much to say about Titanfall 2 that hasn’t been said before. A boy and his robot chew bubblegum and kick ass is a vaguely dystopian far future—but whoops, they’re all out of bubblegum. It isn’t the most unique videogame setup of all time, and frankly my expectations were a little low going in. But even if they’d been sky-high, Titanfall 2 would’ve easily surpassed them.
